So, for anyone with this error, I recommend trying this, check your cables and clean any dust inside before trying more drastic measures such as reformatting or getting new drives etc. Because this error is not usually associated with data loss, DO NOT RE-PARTITION THE DRIVE. However, the OS was not reloaded because this dealer doesn't do that. Win7 Starter is worse than everything I had to face so far so I was trying everything to replace the 7 to the XP.
